Once your order has been placed, you will see a confirmation message with your order number. You will also receive an email notification.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Follow the prompts to view the status and tracking of your order.

Please note: When an item is travelling overseas or across state borders, it may take a few days to update on your tracking.

Your order will be refunded in the same method as the original payment. Eg. If your order was paid with a credit card, your refund will be submitted back to the same card. This should occur within 6-10 business days. Please contact us via email with your order information if there are any issues.

There are many factors that can cause a payment to decline. When reattempting a transaction, we recommend to try the following:

1. Check that the card details are correct; including the expiry, CCV and billing address
2. If you are using a form of payment such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, ensure that your details are up to date
3. Instead of selecting the billing address ‘same as shipping address’, please untick this option and try typing out the address manually
4. If it is still unsuccessful, your bank has likely declined the payment. You may wish to contact them for more information

To use your Promo code:

1. Add your intimates to your cart and click the cart icon to checkout
2. Enter your Promo Code in the “Discount Code” tab and hit “Apply”
Once applied, you should see the discount code confirmed, and your total will be recalculated
3. Finalise your order by following the payment and shipping prompts at checkout
