TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You have 30 days after your purchase to return Full Priced items, and 14 days to return Sale items
• We accept all unworn, unwashed, re-sellable items with original tags still attached
• The following CANNOT be returned:
• Lingerie and Swimwear  –  not in their original condition
• Tags removed
• Showing signs of wear (marks from tan, makeup, deodorant or other personal stains)
• Items with odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
• Items with components missing
• Items that have been washed, altered or customised
• Hosiery – not in their original condition
• Damaged

All Customers

You have 30 days to return your Full Priced items, and 14 days for Sale items.

• Complete the ONLINE RETURNS FORM & email it here: 
• Print the ONLINE RETURNS FORM and include it in your parcel
• Visit your nearest Post Office to arrange a return postage to the returns address below
• Upon receipt of your parcel, your refund will be processed within 6-10 business days if your items meet the Terms and Conditions of our policy

• Please note, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team
• We strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking
